To achieve this concept, we chose materials with finishes reminiscent of noble materials such as stone and wood. Combining them within a neutral color palette helped achieve the desired contemporary appearance.
In public areas like lobbies, the proposed atmosphere stands out for its simplicity, allowing carefully selected furniture pieces to take center stage. Clean lines and open space dominate the design.
The residential units follow the same philosophy, emphasizing wood (for warmth) and white (for spaciousness) as key elements.
For the amenities areas on different levels of the building and the central rooftop, our goal was to create spaces with distinct uses that collectively conveyed a unique leisure atmosphere. We achieved this by employing various spatial resources and custom-designed furniture to adapt the spaces to their respective activities.
